Privacy Policy

This policy covers the SkyNet365 platform operated by Caspian Solutions (“we”). It describes what we collect from marketplace participants and how lead data is handled.

Account data

• Buyers, vendors, and operators: name, email, and authentication records, used to operate your account and secure the platform.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we store transaction ledger entries, not card numbers.

Lead data

• Consumer lead records (contact details and demographic fields) are supplied by vendors and sold to buyers under contract. Personally identifiable fields are stored separately from marketplace metadata with restricted access.
• Lead data is retained for the operational life of the network plus the period required for dispute resolution and legal compliance, then purged.
• The demo network contains only synthetic, computer-generated identities — no real consumer data.

Access and deletion

Consumers may request access to or deletion of their lead records by contacting the network operator; verified requests are honored across buyer deliveries we control.

Security

Row-level security isolates every network's data. Vendor ingestion is authenticated with per-source signing secrets. All transport is TLS.
